Global Employment Solutions Purchases IT Staffing Business, Fahrenheit Technology

Global Employment Solutions announced today its purchase of the Fahrenheit Technology IT staffing business, one of the largest privately-held technology consulting firms in the greater Richmond, Virginia area.

With this acquisition, Global and Fahrenheit will provide expanded placement services across multiple industries in the areas of IT Strategy, Software Development, Program/Project Management Consulting and QA Testing. The Fahrenheit Technology business, with its original leadership and support team, is expected to be fully-operational as a division of Global in early January of 2012.

“As a provider of IT consulting services, Fahrenheit is known for connecting the best IT professionals with opportunities at leading companies,” said Howard Brill, Global’s Chief Executive Officer. “We are excited to have them as part of the Global team.” “Fahrenheit is a natural addition to Global and we share a service philosophy that elevates both firms above the typical IT staffing company,” said Jason Tate, Fahrenheit Technology’s President. Together, we will provide even greater capabilities to Fahrenheit’s customers and a broadened national service offering made available by Global’s multiple office locations across the United States.”
