Tom Gazdziak

Tom Gazdziak is a Principal at Victory Park Capital (VPC). He joined VPC in 2015 and oversees the fund accounting team in the execution of accounting, finance, tax, audit, reporting, and treasury-related activities for the VPC Funds. Tom is also the Chief Financial Officer of L&F Acquisition Corp., a special-purpose acquisition company. Previously, he was an assurance senior associate within the financial services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, specializing in the banking and capital markets industry.

Tom received a BSc in accountancy and finance and an MBA in accountancy and financial analysis from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
