Sergio Ruffolo

Sergio Ruffolo is a Principal at Victory Park Capital (VPC). He joined VPC in 2018 and is responsible for due diligence and financial analysis related to new investment opportunities and assists with portfolio monitoring and managing current investments. Previously, Sergio was an investment banking analyst in the restructuring group at Lazard Frères & Co. in New York. At Lazard, he focused on in and out-of-court corporate restructurings and other distressed debt transactions.

Sergio received a BA in economics from the University of Chicago.
