Amy Boyle

Amy Boyle is a Principal and Director of Human Resources at Victory Park Capital (VPC). She joined VPC in 2023 and is primarily responsible for leading the firm’s human capital strategy, including attracting, developing, and retaining members of the VPC team. Previously, she held leadership roles in various industries and most recently led the US human resource support for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s private wealth and private banking lines of business. Before that, Amy was the human resource director at Geneva Advisors, LLC.

Amy received a BA degree in communications from Loyola University Chicago, graduating magna cum laude.
