On December 30, 2013, Victory Park Capital provided a $50,000,000 Senior Secured Credit Facility to Fast Trak Legal Funding (“Fast Trak” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of J. Burke Capital Partners.

Fast Trak provides individuals involved in pending personal injury lawsuits immediate access to capital in exchange for a financial interest in their legal claim (a “Claim investment” or “CI”). CIs can range from as little as $500 up to $125,000 and are non-recourse to the plaintiff. , Fast Trak has invested over $25,000,000 in more than 2,400 individual CIs. VPC funded $16,000,000 at closing to refinance the Company’s current lenders and fund future CI investments.
