CHICAGO – March 11, 2026 – Victory Park Capital (“VPC”), a global alternative investment firm specializing in private credit and asset-backed finance, today announced a series of promotions across the firm, including the appointments of Carly Altieri as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, and Tom Gazdziak as Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer.

Leadership Appointments

Carly Altieri, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, joined VPC in 2018. She oversees business and fund operations across accounting, finance, tax, audit, reporting, and treasury for the VPC Funds and management company.

Tom Gazdziak, Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer, joined VPC in 2015. He oversees the compliance program, new product implementation, and leads tax structuring and compliance for transactions to ensure alignment with regulations, internal policies, and firm objectives.
