Now in its third year, the Rising Stars program recognizes women employed in institutional investing that have demonstrated a measurable effect and results within the workplace and industry.

Rupinski joined VPC in 2021 and assists with treasury, valuation, investment allocation, performance analytics, and internal reporting processes for the VPC funds and their investments. Rupinski built VPC’s internal valuation infrastructure, strengthening the firm’s evaluation of portfolio performance and fund-level outcomes. She has developed materials and models crucial to the efforts of the firm’s investment and valuation committees, and has introduced an analytics program that improved the speed, transparency, and precision of information available to the firm’s investment teams and limited partners.
