Richard Levy

Mr. Levy is the Managing Partner and Founder of Victory Park.
Previously, Mr. Levy was a Portfolio Manager and Co-Head of the Solutions Group and Head of the Small Cap Structured Products Group at Magnetar Capital. Mr. Levy was also a member of the Magnetar Investment Committee. Prior to joining Magnetar, he was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Crestview Capital Partners. While at Crestview, Mr. Levy also co-founded the Crestview Collateralized Debt Fund LLC, now known as White Cap Advisors, a $500 million specialty lending fund. He received a B.A. in Political Science from The Ohio State University, a J.D. from the Chicago Kent Law School and an M.B.A. from the Stuart School of Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Mr. Levy is a member of the Illinois Bar.
Mr. Levy currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Unigene Laboratories, Inc. and Energy Maintenance Services Group I, LLC. Mr. Levy is also a member of the Board of Directors of College Bound Opportunities (a non-profit charity), Victory Park Resources, Global Employment Solutions, Gulfstream International Airlines and Ascent Aviation Services.
