Mr. Walters is the Internal Control and Compliance Manager of Victory Park.
Previously, he was a Vice President in Financial Control for Citadel Group’s fund administrator Omnium. Prior to joining Omnium, Mr. Walters was a senior auditor with the Banking & Capital Markets practice at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Walters received a B.S. in Accountancy and Finance from Augustana College, as well as a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Iowa. He is a registered Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
