Since our founding, Victory Park has followed a rigorous investment approach focused on mitigating principal loss while also generating significant upside potential. While we have experience investing across the capital structure, our core investment strategy is primarily credit focused.
By combining traditional lending techniques and progressive investing methods, we are able to deliver creative financing solutions that may not otherwise be available from conventional financing sources. We pride ourselves in our ability to work through complex issues while creatively structuring our investments to provide companies with a high level of flexibility.
When making investments, the most important criterion for Victory Park is an identifiable path to value creation. Our primary goal in each investment is to promote long-term and sustainable growth in the value of the underlying company and/or assets. We typically seek to identify direct investment opportunities in companies with solid collateral value, strong underlying fundamentals, committed management teams, and identifiable value creation catalysts, or those involving distressed or other special situations.
